Bilal Ahmad Niazi is a dedicated humanitarian leader with extensive experience in peacebuilding, refugee support, and organizational development across Afghanistan, Brazil, and the United States. He has served in key leadership roles—including International Vice President of the Afghanistan Refugee Rescue Organization (ARRO-Brazil), Program Director of the Prosperous Afghanistan Program, and President of the Organization of Youth for Peace—where he led initiatives focused on human rights, youth empowerment, and community advocacy. Bilal has also worked closely with national and international institutions, including the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission, the Ministry of Peace Affairs, and the U.S. Army in Kabul as a translator and cultural liaison. His work spans policy development, strategic coordination, and frontline humanitarian engagement. With a strong commitment to supporting Afghan refugees and fostering unity within the global Afghan community, Bilal now serves as President of ARRO-USA, leading efforts to expand services, strengthen advocacy, and build long-term support systems for Afghan families in the United States and beyond.
