- Research and data development: Including the collection, organization, analysis, and verification of immigration and integration resources
- Gradual expansion of the Immigration & Integration Resource Hub: Adding resources in new cities and states in a phased and sustainable manner

The Afghanistan Refugee Rescue Organization – USA (ARRO-USA) is pleased to announce the launch of our 90-Day Institutional Capacity-Building Fundraising Campaign, an important initiative designed to strengthen the organizational foundation necessary for sustainable, accountable, and effective community service.
ARRO-USA has reached an important stage of institutional development. We have invested significant effort in developing our organizational plans, policies, partnerships, programs, and operating architecture.
Now, we are moving from planning to implementation.
To serve our community responsibly and sustainably, ARRO-USA must have strong systems behind its programs and services. This campaign will help us strengthen the institutional infrastructure necessary to manage charitable resources responsibly, protect information, coordinate people and partnerships, maintain accountability, and prepare the organization for sustainable growth.
Funds and in-kind support raised through this campaign will help strengthen:
- • Financial management and accountability systems
- Secure data and information infrastructure
- Cybersecurity and information protection
- Organizational operating and management systems
- IT and technical support capacity
- Internal reporting, documentation, and accountability
- Sustainable infrastructure supporting future programs, grants, partnerships, volunteers, and community services
