Abed Noorzai holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and brings nearly nine years of public-sector experience with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, where he specialized in human resources, administrative management, and nationwide strategic planning. His work included advising on the development and analysis of major strategic initiatives. Abed also served with ARRO in Brazil, where he played a key role in refugee resettlement and humanitarian support programs assisting 24,000 newly arrived Afghan refugees. He brings deep expertise in organizational operations, community support, and human services to the ARRO-USA team.
