Economic Empowerment & Employment
When refugees find work, they don’t just rebuild their lives; they help shape the future.
Migration often means losing one’s job, profession, and access to stable income. Afghan refugees in host countries frequently face challenges such as lack of documentation, unfamiliarity with the job market, language and cultural barriers, and unequal opportunities.
ARRO is committed to addressing these barriers and empowering refugees with all the assistance necessary — from vocational and other educational training to language classes, resumé writing, and the job search.
We believe that economic independence is the foundation of dignity and long-term stability.
